    This store was very clean and the staff were kind. We were greeted immediately upon entry, the first person to help us with our order was efficient and friendly. They had an ingredients stocked and were well staffed. The store and bathroom area were clean. We remarked this was one of the nicest Subways we’ve been into in a long time. Happy we made the decision to stop on our roadtrip.

    Food was good but service and team members were very hateful. I walk in to order, there is a man to the left of me standing like he’s getting veggies placed on a sandwich. So I walk over to the bread where you normally order. One of the workers which was a very rude young man told me in a rude voice “umm he was here first”, I was very confused because I did not know I thought i “cut” line because I would not. The man was standing off to the side like he was looking at the menu, I had to wait on him to go order before I was “allowed”. He was very rude and I responded “umm ok”. Once it came to making the sandwiches the girl was throwing the food around and seemed like she obviously did not want to be there. Everyone was very rude besides the lady that checked me out. Then had the audacity to ask about a tip at the end. I will not give my money to people who are extremely rude and make a liveable hourly wage. Subway do better hiring friendlier people.

    Online ordering is a hit or miss. Portion control is poor sometimes my sub is packed and other times it's mostly bread.

    I placed order online and I couldn’t refund my money or cancel my order even though I called immediately after I placed the order. What happened to customer service?
