  Went in and bought a phone autum was supposed to set it up done a test call in store left and had to put sims card in it and still won't work . Called her she said call 611 for help . Why couldn't she get the phone working instead of calling 611 and wait an hour on the phone to get help. Won't go back to this store

  I came to cricket because I got a bunch of B's from T-Mobile and had horrible service. Love cricket. They're always helpful.
