Everybody’s good except for the older “Gentlemen” I guess because I was a woman giving him the details of MY car He decided that he must know more than me and he claimed I was WRONG about my 97’ ranger being 4L 6C. The customer beside me, which was a man had to tell him he was wrong before he would move forward with the process. Like I said, everybody else has always been pretty cool I live on 75 so this is my most used autoshop. NOT ONCE HAVE I EVER had somebody look me straight in my in my eyes, catch an attitude with me and tell me that I’m wrong about details that I’m not. Most likely won’t be back and I’m suggesting people from Wayne/Lavalette watch who you’re talking to, this guy would’ve gave me the complete wrong part because he doesn’t know how to do his job.

The guys were great! They installed my wipers and tested my battery for me. They are friendly and helpful and I wouldn't go to any other store when I need something. I always know I'll get great, friendly service. Thanks, guys!

I’m an elderly woman who had a dead battery. A kind friend jumped my car so that I could get to Advanced Auto where a very nice man whose name, if I remember correctly, is Jerry Smith helped me. I appreciated his service.
