    I come here weekly as they are close to where I work and are always friendly and provide great service in a very clean restaurant which is why i continue to come back

    Today my coworker and I placed an online order at Subway. I placed my sub at 10:55 and the ordering system showed an ETA of 10:00.... clearly a glitch related to the recent time change (we assumed). we ordered anyway, and when I arrived at the store at 11:17 my own order was ready but my coworker’s was not. When I brought this to the attention of the two ladies behind the counter, they insisted they had not received the second order. I showed her the receipt showing the date, store location and that the order had been paid for, the only issue was that the arrival time on the receipt read 12:00. I explained that the website would not allow us to select the correct time and asked if they could prepare the sub early while I am here. One of the ladies agreed to make the sub but refused to release it until the order “came through the computer" , because she said it will look like she gave me a sub not paid for...... In other words, despite presenting a PAID receipt, I was expected to wait and watch a sandwich I had already paid for sit on a counter until the system registered a pickup at noon. This is unacceptable customer service, it was rude! I have never encountered such a refusal to honor a paid order when proof of payment was provided! Customers should not have to wait in a store for forty minutes to verify what is already documented on a receipt. Like you seriously could not give me the sub early and when it came in at 12 on the system, clear it !?

    I liked nothing about this location! I was only in there for two to three minutes and was treated very rudely. Called later to talk to a manager and found out the one who was being rude was in fact the owner/manager. Pretty sad such a person represents subway!
