  The employees seemed to think it was strange that I wanted to wait until my return shipping box was taped before I left. I get that I may not be fully trusting over something that could cost me a lot of money if not returned, but to be insistent that they'll do it later really rubbed me the wrong way. I'd be cautious.

  The staff members at this store are very helpful...thing is, they're affiliated with a shipping service (to my understanding these facilities are privately owned franchises) that was the best back in the day but in the last few years has turned into an incompetent shipper and has one of the worst customer service programs I've ever seen and they(UPS) really don't seem to care.

  When I called UPS about my package being delivered to the wrong address all I would get from him is that's what's on the label and they hung up on me very rude very unhelpful and so disappointed, each ups store I called was rude and one hung up on me, wouldn't contact the driver,driver didn't take a picture of proof,so now I'm out a thousand dollars, don't give that valued customer bit,on the phone was horrible way I was treated.

  I have found this to be the best local UPS Store in the Tri-State area. Whenever I need to ship packages on short notice late in the day or have blueprints printed quickly, the team has consistently provided fast, reliable service. I have worked with Sam on several occasions, and he has always been professional, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The entire staff has been courteous and efficient, making every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for dependable shipping and printing services.
