  I have been waiting on a delivery for 3 days now! And I have called and called to get everything solved and they said the package would be here today but it still has not come. Even had me standing outside around the time they said it will come and still nothing. Won’t even answer the phone now when the store is still open.

  Horrible customer service, I have been trying to contact and the guys put me on a hold to check a 30 second thing for nearly 12 minutes and never returned. I call and they almost never pick up.

  If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would! I never leave reviews, but I had to for this experience. My son attends the university in town and recently came home for summer break. I was assured by Linette and the supervisor, Bethany, that his package would be shipped to our home address out of state since he would no longer be staying in the dorms because of summer vacay. Long story short, the package was still sent to the dorm in Huntington — the exact mistake I was trying to avoid. Bethany personally promised me that she would locate the package and either resend it to the correct address or issue a refund due to their negligence. Since then, every single time I call, I’m told she’s “in the bathroom,” “not there at the moment,” or that she’ll call me back. She never calls back. Now it’s gotten to the point where they are clearly screening my calls because most of the time they won’t even answer. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with in Huntington. My son is now out of both his package and the money we paid for it. And before anyone asks — yes, I’ve repeatedly asked to speak with someone higher up, and every single time there’s another excuse as to why that person is unavailable. Completely unprofessional. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

  Stopped by this store to make a return and there were probably 5 customers in front of me. Literally 2 minutes later I was done and out the door. Fast and friendly service.
