  Aug 3 4:10pm. Stop to order ... Two female employees out front smoking... I started to open door one said... "I will wait on you when I finish my cigarette" I just turned got back in my truck and she acted like I was being a bad person. This is the second time back to back iv had issues. If I go back and these two girls are there, I will walk out. I noticed all the bad reviews on here. The owner must be the problem. Shame

  The good was ok the service was great the price was more than it should be however the only thing I didn't care much for was price overall it wasn't bad

  I like Subway restaurants and was very pleased when they were putting one in not far from where I live. They have a drive through which was particularly good for me due to my disability. Then, every time I drove by the drive through was closed. I passed up the shop for years and then heard the drive through was open. I went there and ordered a salad and some cookies. I drove up to the window and waited. And waited. After about 10 minutes the kid who took my order came to the window and apologized. I could see he was working alone and I wasn't in a hurry. I felt bad for him. I waited a total of 40 minutes to get my salad. No, I wasn't angry. I'm retired. The weather was nice and I sat in my car listening to the radio. The next time I went my daughter and her family were with me. The drive through was closed AGAIN and the poor kid inside was alone AGAIN. Is it the policy of Subway Restaurants to have shops with only 1 person working and for customers to wait as much as or more than 40 minutes?
