  Did online order didn't have a lot of parts to our order. Also didn't inform us that they didn't have thing. The toaster broken Don't have ingredients Needs new management

  If this location closes at 8:30 PM, then update your hours. Don’t advertise being open until 9:00 PM and then lock customers out early because employees don’t feel like dealing with more business. Watching people walk up to the door and be turned away 30 minutes before closing was ridiculous. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional.

  I stopped for a sandwich to take to work. I was told that only 1 type of bread was available, white. Ok, unfortunate, but not a deal breaker. After by sandwich was made I asked for the sauce "on the side" so the bread wouldn't get soggy on the one hour trip to work. I was told the manager wouldn't buy the little cups anymore so no sauce to go. Unbelievable. As much as I try to support local businesses, it's becoming more and more difficult.

  Still confused why a sub with chips and a drink cost as much as a steak dinner. No Sammy is worth the price of a good cheeseburger or a pizza that can feed 4. When you get a $5 Subway gift card from your work and have to wait till your next birthday before you can afford a lunch there is a problem. Another place where I'm confused on how they are in business.
