  Was not told a tip would be added at all but included the gift card amount to total bill and automatic tip added. Manager knew. After calling and going back in, would not make it right. Blame on the buyer after telling me ‘yeh a tip is automatically added’

  Went in and asked for a couple straws. The lady working got an attitude and said only if I bought a drink. She could have said it in a more polite way and it wouldn't have been a big deal, but when you get snippy over a simple question, maybe you shouldn't be dealing with the public.
