Not following their opening hours seems to be their modus operandi and is the complaint of multiple reviews. They have hours posted on the door and on the internet. You come an hour after they are supposed to open and it's still not open. No sign on the door to say sorry etc. There were 10 cars waiting and there is no space in this parking lot for that! It's their business so I guess they run it as they please. Since there is no competition it seems the customers have to suffer.

Please if you're going to have hours of operation have you're employee stick to them. No one should be waiting 30 plus minutes after your opening time for someone to come to work. Your business has hours of operation for a reason.
Sincerely,
An aggravated customer who just wants to drop off a simple Amazon return.

Customer service is extremely rude in person and through emails. I wish something would actually be done besides snarky comebacks any time you call them out on it.
I recently sent an email to get prices for getting a UPS box. I emailed and got no response for I think over a week. I tried calling and left a message, but then decided to email again asking if it's normal to take that long to get a reply. I got a reply more quickly this time and the reply was very problematic. Whomever responded was acting like I was the problem for not understanding they are that busy. Then wouldn't even give me prices because they claimed that they aren't selling customers new UPS mail boxes at this time. But didn't give me a time frame of when to get back in touch. Even if they didn't have a time frame a good customer service rep would say that I could check back in 6 months or anything like that. But the reply was focused more on indirectly attacking me for not understanding how busy they are.
I'm not to blame for these employees being overworked. I'm just a customer trying to utilize a service they are supposed to provide. And if they keep chasing customers away they aren't even going to have jobs.
So I emailed a snarky reply back that I simply wanted to know prices to save up for and it would have been nice to know when they may be able to allow customers to buy new boxes. But it was very clear to me they don't want me as a customer so I guess I'll have to go with USPS. They of coarse chose not to reply.
Which I'm wanting to get one of the boxes for a physical addresses to set up my art business and USPS only does p.o. boxes. So this sucks since I don't have reliable transportation to go to another UPS location.
I do understand busy. But in 2026 they could have an automated reply stating it could take a couple weeks for an email reply, so be patient. Or even actually apologize instead of snapping back at a customer asking what's going on. I was not rude. I was simply asking reasonable questions as a potential customer.
It's that simple to have good customer service. Instead who ever does emails is very reactive to any perceived criticism and rude. I am thinking the same person does the replies to these reviews because I see the same problem replies to someone stating the store was closed and never opened. Maybe weather was a problem but the way the reply is aimed is from someone that shouldn't be doing customer service at all if they are always going to be snapping at customers for not understanding things they might not be aware of.
I'd say hire better people but that's doubtful to happen. They don't seem to actually care. I'm sure a lot of this is stress on the employees from their bosses that treat them like crap and over work them. But those employees need to realize that's not every customer's fault. I'm sure there's awful customers. But any good customer service employee knows you have to treat each customer like they are going to be the good ones instead of always assuming all customers are bad. Instead this store seems to only hire people that assume every customer is horrible and treats us all like crap no matter what.
And as I said, I guess USPS will be getting my business instead of UPS.
Edit: their reply to my review is performative, resolves nothing on my end, and (not shockingly) a good display of how even their "nice" replies are just not good customer service. If you can, go to any other UPS location other than this one. It's just awful.
