  Paid almost 20 extra for shipping, doesn’t get delivered on the friday it was suppose to be here so they hold it off till monday 😂😂 i don’t think ive ever had a order with this shitty company and my package doesn’t get lost or the shipping take longer then expected

  Only one good delivery person for FedEx in my area. Everyone one else doesn't care at all. Please don't put my package on or in my trash bin. Thank you to the worker who is kind and caring. FedEx has lost my packages a lot too. I've heard people don't like working for you.

  Why is it that UPS is always delivering when my tracking says, but Fed Ex always takes a few days longer? Every delivery i have had stays in this location for days until it’s delivered. No one to call or hold accountable.

  No need to call. You won't speak to a person. If you do get a person, they aren't local and therefore are not really able to be helpful.

  Can't get no one to tell me why my packages have been sitting in the Charleston facility for over 7 days any time you call you get automatically told its getting put on a truck and will be delivered within the hour when its almost 2 hrs away from the delivery point amd hung up on ill gladly pay extra to use ups cause everytime you use fedex something will get messed up
