  I was so down on fed ex when I got there but the two working there was so helpful I wouldn't say it made up for the madness of the previous 5 days and having to go to Charleston to get my package but they were great

  To all you geniuses who have given a low rating due to FedEx DELIVERY problems: The Capital Street FedEx Office has NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR FEDEX PACKAGE DELIVERY if you did not physically take a package in to them to ship out yourself. Giving the PRINTING store a low rating because FedEx did a bad job delivering your package is absurd. FedEx Office is a separate company that deals mainly with printing. THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE TO YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS. Stop being jerks, get your story straight! Unless they messed up on a package that you walked in to them to ship out for you, it has nothing to do with them. Go to the the FedEx.com website and look for a place to rate and review your delivery. FedEx OFFICE had nothing to do with your delivery. And BTW, now that you have to check a screen to make sure that the Ship To and Ship From addresses are actually correct, any address problem actually IS your fault...
