  After dealing with a rude woman in South Charleston I came here. I talked to the guy that works here decided at the moment it would be best to get a phone from Walmart and transfer the number. I went and got the phone and got back here by 730 they don't close til 8 but cricket was closed. He knew we was coming back. This is ridiculous

  Salesman was really helpful several weeks back with diagnosing what was wrong with my wife's phone. Once it was figured out, he gave me the info to get it replaced under the warranty. Great service.
