  We were traveling with our children and our dogs. The desk staff is helpful, welcoming and supportive. In no time at all, we settled in for the night in a great location of the building where we could take care of our dogs without too much interruption to other guests.

  This hotel in a beautiful area 5 minutes from downtown Berkeley Springs WV (a beautiful area) and the hotel is very clean, but the real gem of this place, is the staff. We arrived late at night after a long day of traveling, and Sarah at the front desk, was Fabulous! She was a wealth of knowledge on the area and just as nice as could be. 3 day say, nice rooms, Great staff, fair price. Will stay again! 😃

  My wife and I stayed one night, on May 23rd, 2026. The staff were very friendly, quick, and knowledgeable at check-in and check-out. We booked a King Suite with a jacuzzi tub, and the woman at check-in gave us a good warning about making sure to fill the tub up all the way before turning on the jets (unless you want a water park experience). Our bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious, with a large dresser and desk space. The complimentary breakfast was very impressive! The morning of May 24th they had eggs, biscuits and gravy, as well as sausage. Their waffle maker is one that makes four mini waffles rather than one large waffle which, I haven't seen before and was fun! The pool was not open when we went, but it is directly across from the main hotel entrance and looked pretty sizeable. If we were to come back to the Berkeley Springs area in the future we would definitely stay here again.
