Very helpful and very pleasant employees, she stayed past quitting time to help us get straight with transferring our numbers. Thank you so much Tarasha from Beckley Cricket and your very helpful and knowledgeable friend. Appreciate the both of you guys very much. I hope I got your name right

Phone wasn't letting me know when I had text notifications, so I went there for help, the staff was very friendly and helpful plus they showed me how to turn my notifications on for text.

Great place but the cricket network is awful. Can't make any calls with the phone numbers starting with 304 or 681
