  I found out that this store is a privately owned business after I blew up on a very nice young lady that, on hindsight, did not deserve to be chastised because UPS has turned into a shipping disaster. I owe her an apology, but UPS themselves sucks. I was angry because I was having to pay to return ship an item that UPS, once again dropped at the wrong address and the company I orderd from sent out a replacement through USPS, which I recieved and the first item, which I found out after recieving the replacement (2 weeks later), had been delivered to a neighbor who finally contacted me and got it returned to me. Props to this store and its employees, but UPS themselves has gotten horrible at dropping the ball on delivering and their actual customer service is less than adequate.

  I never can get good service or help basically anywhere nowadays! Well I had the most helpful and kindest man ever help me here today. I wish I got his name, but he was 30sish and had short brown/blonde hair. He was so kind and helped me with my shipping fiasco!!!! I wish he could get commission lol.

  The store associate was super friendly and helpful. Greeted at the door, and promptly assisted with shipping my return.
