Do NOT order from this Subway using the app! They have LITERALLY messed up every single order I have placed there. Today, I ordered 4 sandwiches and THEY WERE ALL WRONG, got a meatball and pepperoni sub with no pepperoni, a Subway club with double meat and no cheese that had cheese on it and a single portion of meat, a Rotisserie chicken sandwich with cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion only that came smothered in honey mustard, BBQ and mayo with about a half portion of chicken, and a tuna with American cheese, lettuce, pickle, and onion that came smothered in mayo (extra mayo) and no pickle. That was just this instance, I’ve literally never ordered from there and had everything be right. Since that place has moved into Little General it has gone completely downhill. As expensive as things are today they should not be putting out stuff like this to their customers. Today was the last time I will ever eat at this Subway!
Since moving to the new location, this Subway has gone downhill fast. The staff are clearly not properly trained, and it shows. Orders are consistently made wrong, and I’ve been served raw bacon/meat multiple times—which is completely unacceptable and a basic food safety issue.
On my most recent visit, I found a hair in my sandwich so at this point, it’s not just poor service—it’s a hygiene problem. Their customer service is especially awful, none of them have the smallest bit of social skills. The younger employees act like taking an in person order is an inconvenience to their 4.5 hour shift and attempting to call the store gets you nowhere. This location needs serious management intervention - training, cleanliness, and basic professionalism are all lacking.
