  Subway West is my favorite one in Rapids. The crew is always professional, have a great attitude, and keep the place clean.

  If I could rate this place a 0 I would me and my parents have order multiple times we ask for it to be toasted there not also a time before that they literally only gave me a 6 inch sub when I paid for a 12 inch yall need to get this crap together. And maybe next time toast the subs then asked!

  Walked in to get food and was not greeted. The employees appeared to be in the back and the one I saw did not look away from what he was doing.
