  Bought a combo with chips, sandwich, drink and cookie though the drive through for saving for lunch the next day. They did not put a cookie in it and I didn't think to check it until packing it to go. Check your orders before you pull away!!!! Windows server was fairly rude and just shoved the bag out the window. No "have a good day" or anything said.

  Love this Subway location. Opens earlier than all the rest in the area which is convenient if you're traveling or going to an event. Always great service and fresh ingredients especially things like lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Highly recommend.

  Sunday evening 8/23/26 girl behind the counter was completely unprofessional. Ask for little toppings and over served. Sandwich building skills was poor totally back asswards from what it even shows or was I even given the opportunity to give my opinion. She was sloppy, dry, hurried. She was definitely not interested in her customers needs or desires for the order. I like subway, what does server was the worst I ever had from living in pennsylvania, alaska, idaho, new jersey, and Wisconsin. There is obviously very disgruntled workers working for Subway nowadays.

  Subway West is my favorite one in Rapids. The crew is always professional, have a great attitude, and keep the place clean.

  If I could rate this place a 0 I would me and my parents have order multiple times we ask for it to be toasted there not also a time before that they literally only gave me a 6 inch sub when I paid for a 12 inch yall need to get this crap together. And maybe next time toast the subs then asked!
