  This experience was very poor. My order was messed up. There was cheese put on a sub when asked about it and told that they had messed up the order the girl at the front said that she just put cheese on your sandwich. If there is no cheese selected mind you my wife has a cheese allergy therefore she could have went into anaphylactic shock and possibly had to be taken to the hospital, but they did not care about that. They had to call a manager from Nekoosa to come to Rapids and there was only one girl working in the front the whole time being swamped saying that we screamed at her she broke down on the phone. She caused her manager to come in and scream at us for screaming at her when we never screamed at her. The service was very poor. The employees are very negligent and the boss is hostile would not recommend.

  Walked out on them because as they were making the sandwiches only was giving 4 pieces of spinach and onions your paying 12 something for a sub.. so stupid never going back again so went to the one in Walmart

  When I asked for the shredded cheese, the lady literally put a few shreds of cheese, I said, “Can I get more cheese?” she said, “So extra cheese?” very rudely & I said, “No not extra but more than that.” she said, “So extra”. I wanted a NORMAL amount of cheese, a few shreds is not normal. Then she did the same thing to my other sandwich & my friends still maintaining her awful attitude. I know I’m not being unreasonable either because the other Subway in Rapids by the YMCA has given me normal amounts of whatever in the past. So she charged us for extra cheese 2x & extra mayo on the other when really it wasn’t extra, they were just the regular amounts.

  I would avoid the subway might as well drive 2 minutes far away to Walmart Subway get a lot better service and more ingredients that you want
