    I normally don’t write a review but want to warn people, went threw the drive threw when u order it shows your price mine being 21 when I got to the window the guy asked if I like my receipt I typically don’t get it. I handed him my card then all of a sudden got charge for $28 as my phone shows me anytime my cards used therefore I asked for the receipt and he kind of looked at me and paused for a minute and then finally said yeah, after about four minutes of him trying to get me the receipt he gave me the receipt and said my total was $23 pulled around the front and brought in the receipt and showed my phone showing the charge and all he had to say was well that’s the receipt so idk like I’m dumb or something magically about three minutes after leaving it was refunded to my card I believe what had happened is when i said I don’t want a receipt he gave himself a very generous tip for doing his job and then didn’t expect me to catch it

    They don't accept Minorities. Got called a racial slur from the man with a beard and glasses. He wasn't wearing a name-tag so I don't know who to properly address. Im Not from Wisconsin, so the process to get my order was not to my understanding. Some respect toward people of ALL color could go a long way for people with jobs like "sandwich artist".

    when ordering in store I never have any problems. i used to always use the drive through but once the menu got changed I stopped because my sub was never right. thought I'd give the drive thru another shot today with no better experience. i order the same sub Everytime, italian bmt toasted black olives, banana peppers, mayo. when the menu changed I noticed that the mayo wasn't coming up in the list of ingredients on the review page and when I asked why I was told that it comes on the sub already so it won't show up. every sub I got from drive thru after that didn't have mayo on it. and today was untoasted as well. i guess I'll continue to go in store instead of using the convience of a drive thru or online ordering

    Ordered through the app, when I arrived I could see my food was done and the only guy I could see working was busy making other food. I waited a few moments, but that's not a problem. Food was normal for what to expect from subway, I enjoyed it. Thank you!
