  Stopped in for new wipers, I was helped quickly, they even offered to put them on for me! Great customer service, I’ll be back if ever in need again. Thanks!!

  I was referred to this store when my local store was out-of-stock of a part I needed. I called ahead of time to verify they had the part &/or a base part compatible before heading out of town. The parts worker (Nate) confirmed they had the part & gave other alternative options they had in store too. I arrive there 20-30 minutes later with my core part & let the others know I spoke with a Nate & he set the part aside. Turns out, he did not set the part aside and there were no parts or parts compatible at that location! He also had minimal recollection of our phone call when I had spoken to him 20-30 minutes prior. I will only be shopping at more reputable part store locations after this. Staff had very little parts knowledge and had no respect for customers time.

  I went to get a windshield wiper for my car as both where in horrible shape and I was trying to get money for one and the person there gave me one, I will be coming back for sure when I need parts.

  Either this store, or the one on 8th Street, are great. Staff is knowledgable and always friendly. I recommend going to either Advanced store over the other options in town, as you wont go wrong at either.
