  Raggedy lights in the bathroom, bathroom smelled like BO at first, and I found two tiny bugs in the room. Some random switch that we had know idea what it controlled started marking weird sounds so we switched it off and told the kids not to touch it. Oh, and the hotel smelled like weed every other time we entered. Oof. Pass on this one.

  The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are decent. The building could stand a renovation to the carpets and the elevator

  This hotel was the worst . Took me about 30 minutes to check in because the computer were down. The hallways smell and the rooms are dirty. The mini fridge had a loud humming noise and the phone didn’t work. We called housekeeping for more towels and they never showed up. Balcony and outdoor pool were disgusting. Indoor pool is dark and dirty. The screen was ripped on screen door and the ac condenser tube was broke. Won’t return. This place is really run down .

  Weren't here for more than 20 minutes before realizing we were not staying. Only sat long enough to make reservations somewhere else. The room had a bad odor, online ad notes free Noah's Ark tickets with stay-however doesn't let you know you have to stay 2 nights minimum to get them. Pool area had zero people, yet it was filthy. It was littered with trash and wet towels everywhere. Not welcoming to new guests at all. Gym had towels and magazines laying on floor as well.

  Looks like very old property. It looks well maintained, but some how the room got assigned to us seems bit older style. We book this hotel only because it offer free Noha's Ark water park passes if we book room for 2 nights. But compare to other hotel we stayed in Winsconsin Dells in Past, its not that good. Its huge property but they don't offer cloth washer or dryer for guest, and its very common amenities i have seen in other hotels i stayed in past. Location wise its good location as its close from all Wisconsin Dells Attractions and all good restaurants.
