Stopped in to ask a quick question, only one employee there, who is course, was setting up accounts for an entire family. Once that was taken care of, I asked my question and was on my way in less than a minute. This location (Weston) should be staffed more properly) efficiently. But overall, it was a great experience, aside from the exceptionally long wait time. Update: returned back to this location again today and they were, in fact, now more properly staffed. I was greeted immediately by the store manager, then even given a tutorial on how to use the My Cricket and Cricket Rewards apps. She was so helpful and pleasant and I left with a smile on my face! Will be upgrading review to 5 stars for this Weston location!
