  Smells like garbage. Service is crap, no one knows what's happening. Never put a 4 sub online order in front of a customer standing at the counter.

  Horrible service. Girl with long curly hair was so unpleasant and absolutely miserable. Prayers she gets her life figured out.

  After I paid, I went to fill up my cup and the ice was littered with black disgusting specs. I brought it to the manager‘s attention and told her I wanted a refund for my drink. She handled it very rudely and said that they were yeast specs. It’s not my fault your store is disgusting lady, don’t be rude to me. As if that weren’t enough, the gentleman that was helping me said “no” when I said I wanted flatbread as a joke. Subpar and rude service isn’t funny.

  I stopped for a sandwich on Thursday cold cuts combo on Italian. The bread was hard and stale, the sandwich was put together very poorly with the meat and cheese hanging out. I like subway sandwiches but this one was not a good one. I couldn't bring it back because I took it with me on the road. No more $5 foot long now it's an $11 foot long.
