  I understand when a person is new at their job, but I won't be going to this Subway anymore. The new guy left my sub in the toaster oven and told me, "oh I'll get it when I'm done ringing you in?" Um... when the toaster oven goes off you need to open it right away! My sub was burnt and the cheese was burnt. Then on top of that, he took his gloves off and grabbed my sub with his bare hands and wrapped my sub up. That is disgusting and he contaminated my food. You leave your gloves on when handling food!! The guy training him stood there and watched him take his gloves off and didn't even say a word! Very poor training. By the time I got home I took one bite and threw the rest away. The sub was hard as a rock and I wasted money for this footlong. This was on Tues. June 23rd during dinner hours.

  Food is good, reasonable prices, and the staff are always very polite, courteous and patient.

  Despite one of the guys seemingly being new (I may be wrong), he did very good with making my sandwich with the help of another, and they didn't mess up a thing, nor did they judge on my choice. They were very polite and made the job very quickly! The atmosphere was nice and not crowded at all.
