  I am leaving a 1-star review for The UPS Store #7831 on Miller Park Way due to terrible customer service and incorrect policy advice from an employee named Judy. I came in needing help with a delayed package containing important documents. Judy refused to submit a claim for me on-site when requested, and explicitly told me that declared value coverage isn't allowed for documents—which is factually incorrect according to UPS guidelines. Her refusal to assist and poor knowledge of standard operating procedures directly impacted my ability to resolve this package issue in a timely manner. Management needs to ensure staff are properly trained on claim processing and declared value options.
