  Two weeks ago I came in with a return, and for whatever reason the QR code would not scan it kept telling the girl not working. She suggested I contact TikTok I did and found out that the QR code didn’t work because they already credited the money to me without having to return the items. She went out of her way to help me and it was truly appreciated.

  Today was first time at UPS store in West Bend. Matt was very helpful, kind and efficient. I truly appreciated his pleasant demeanor. Great job Matt

  I had an incredible experience at this UPS Store today, all thanks to Keya. I came in needing to print eBay shipping labels directly from an unfamiliar phone, and she didn't hesitate for a second. She patiently helped me figure it all out despite the unfamiliar device. If that wasn't enough, she and the other emplyee or manager went above and beyond by helping me carry four large boxes inside! Her positive "we will figure this out" attitude completely made my day. Outstanding customer service, and the store was exceptionally clean and well-kept. I will definitely be coming back here for all my shipping needs!

  So happy they opened up this UPS Store in West Bend! So convenient and honestly some of the best service I've had! 5 stars all the way!

  So glad this location opened in west bend, didn't make sense that I had to drive 20 minutes south or west to handle my UPS business. The staff on site, Keya and Matt, were super personable and great to work with! Will definitely use the service again and recommend to friends!
