  I can't say enough good things about this UPS Store, especially Haley and Jordan. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted with a smile and made to feel genuinely welcome. As someone who seems to be there constantly making returns, you'd think I'd be embarrassed by how often I stop in, but honestly, I look forward to it because it's always nice to see them! They're friendly, upbeat, and so personable that every visit feels like catching up with friends. Recently, Haley went above and beyond by coming outside to help me carry a heavy item from my car. She had no idea I was coming. She simply saw me pull up and offered to help without hesitation. The customer service here is truly exceptional. Haley, Jordan, and the entire team make this store stand out. 10/10. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
