  Both their website and my emailed receipt say to call the store for curbside. When I got there, Emmanuel said that they don’t do that so I sited my sources. Then he said he could bring it out. Also the big Spanish-speaking guy with glasses tried to stare me down four times for some reason while he was bringing items to another Spanish-speaking patron’s car (presumably another patron and I was parked in the store’s parking lot). The store’s saving grace lies with Janette! She was wonderful to work with and very thorough! Even printed a quote for me RE a brakes and rotors bundle! I’m an avid car maintenance lady so it was refreshing to talk with her! Because of her service, I’ll return!

  The ladies there are super helpful and friendly.! Got my battery tested and things for an oil change with little knowledge of what I was doing they did the research and shopping for me thank you ladies!! I will be back

  I stopped by this Advance Auto Parts looking for a part for my Jeep, and I had an excellent experience. The general manager was fantastic—she went above and beyond to help me find the right part and made sure I had all the information I needed. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping. Great customer service like this is hard to find these days. I highly recommend this Advance Auto Parts location over any other store in the area!
