  Ron Grumley Is very professional always willing to answer all your questions. We were with another insurance company about 50 years. We had home and auto and umbrella policies. In the last couple years all the policies were escalating too high pricing. We did not have any claims against the policies. We would call to see what adjustments we could do to reduce the prices They would offer small solutions but the pricing was still high. So we had communicated with Ron about changing over to Allstate Insurance. He was able to give you fast quotes on all three different policies that we needed with the same or better coverage at a better rate. Ron and his staff made the transfer from one insurance company to Allstate Insurance Company seamless. Never felt abandoned when transitioning over to Allstate Ins. You are truly in good hands with Allstate.

  Ron understood my frustration with the mess that our current agent had created. He not only was able to insure our homes and vehicles, but he was able to reduce our cost by almost half of what we had been paying.

  Bad service from the literal start, ron grumleys employee cold called my wife to switch insurances and making it sound like a good deal she agreed all for this agency to not fully switch everything over causing my credit to be hit because of that mistake, go forward a couple months and the service never got better, if something goes wrong they will not call you at all and just send you a letter in the mail not caring about actual customer service. This joke of a company cancelled my policy over 15 DOLLARS. This is the worst service I’ve ever gotten from an insurance company, I was with my old insurance for 8 years and within 7 months of going to this company they made so many mistakes and so against REAL customer service, I ran a business for 10 years and would never treat my customers the way this agent treats his customers. With Ron’s All State insurance trust me you are not in good hands.
