  I was charged $65 to ship a small package that weighed about 3lbs in a box that was about 12 inches by 12 inches by 4 inches, even after choosing the least expensive ground option they offered. I wasn’t aware that UPS Store franchise locations add such a large markup compared to purchasing shipping directly from the UPS website. After checking UPS.com, I found that the exact same shipment would have cost about half the price if I bought the label online and simply dropped it off at this same location. That's quite the markup for a transaction that literally took 1-2 minutes. Customers should know that it is significantly cheaper to purchase shipping services directly from the UPS website and then bring the prepaid package here. If you buy the label in‑store, you will likely pay double. I won’t be purchasing labels at this location again.

  If I could do negative star's I would went in there today to drop off some frontier equipment and after waiting in line for 20 min i was told they couldn't take it until later this week unfortunately I live 60 miles away and this is the closest ups store I can drop off at so now if I get charged for this equipment ups can pay the bill this store is a joke and I will never go back or recommend to anyone I will recommend they use someone else

  Very incompetent drivers. Claim they can’t find our driveway or that they didn’t have the access code. There is NO access code to our driveway and we’ve even stopped the driver and called UPS multiple times to explain to them where the driveway is and he just keeps failing to deliver our packages. Pretty pathetic when every other delivery service can get here.

  I am so grateful for this store and especially for Jen P. Who has helped me immensely. I am a 70 year old and handicapped woman with great mobility issues which makes it difficult for me to come into the store and also much slower than most people Jen has been so kind and patient with me. I am always thrilled when she is there because I know I'm going to get the absolute best customer service !! She is patient , respectful, most helpful with finding orders when needed on my phone. I have grown to really like her. What a great store and what great people that are working there!! Thank you so much for your patience with a crippled old lady Jen P.!! I can't tell you in words how much that means to me!!
