  I placed an online order through the Subway app, and the payment was deducted from my account. I received a confirmation number clearly showing the Churchill Street location. When I arrived to pick up my order, it was not there. I showed the manager on duty my confirmation email, but he refused to honor the order and suggested it may have been sent to the other Subway in town, despite the confirmation clearly listing this location. I was then told to contact corporate to resolve the issue. As a result, I paid for food that I never received.

  Don’t bother ordering delivery through their app. They’ll charge you a delivery fee, tip and then expect you to it pick up.

  Your average Subway. Good sandwich artists ! I would come here again.
