  That was literally probably the WORST carry out experience of my life. I scheduled my order 20 min early and waited 15 min for 3 sandwiches while each of the 6 members of the staff were just sitting on their phones complaining and every single person in the store also complaining about how long they had been in there. And then after taking that long to produce food we’re actually messing the orders up too! Just threw the food in the garbage right in front of the customer and is like… okay

  Terrible Experience – Never Ordering Again! ​Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Location: Wingstop ​The Review ​We ordered from Wingstop hoping for a decent meal, but this was honestly one of the worst food experiences we've ever had. ​The Food: We specifically requested our wings to be cooked well done. What we received was the exact opposite. The wings were barely cooked, ice cold, and had a rubbery, bizarre texture—it honestly tasted like they had been awkwardly microwaved rather than freshly fried. ​The Aftermath: Not only was the food completely inedible, but a few bites actually made us sick to our stomachs. We had no choice but to throw the entire order straight into the trash. Such a complete waste of money. ​Customer Service: When we called the restaurant to complain and let them know what happened, we were told the manager was unavailable and given the old "call back later" brush-off with zero accountability or care. ​Completely unacceptable quality and terrible customer service. We will definitely not be ordering from here again.

  I don't understand how a wing place who's main product is wings can't be consistent with anything. The last 3 times we ordered ranch, it is the consistency of water. If we didn't pay anything for it, I wouldn't care as much. Louisiana Heat is a DRY RUB, so WHY do we have to pour out the container every time like a faucet?? Whej I call to talk to a manager, I'm put on eternal hold. We chose to go here because Bw3's went to crap. We've never had so many problems with other Wingstop Locations.
