  Shannon was incredibly helpful with my Amazon return today. She was very friendly and was willing to help me figure out every step! She helped me get my shipping label printed out and taped up my box! Overall she helped make an overwhelming experience super easy and fast

  Don't waste your time at this location. I travel almost every week for business and use UPS Store services all the time. This location provided the worst service I have ever experienced. The store was empty, yet multiple staff members were rude and unhelpful. My USB drive was not working, so I asked to email the files to the store, as I have done at other UPS Store locations. I was told they could not accept the files by email because there was no way to charge me for the service. I went to the next closest UPS Store and was in and out within five minutes. They printed the files I emailed without any problem.
