    This was the absolute worst experience. I told the driver (on video) to hold my package at the facility because I would not be home during the day to sign it. The next day I go to pick it up inly to find out the driver has it on his truck. I ask for a manager…someone named Philip comes out (WITH A BEVERAGE IN HIS HAND) and says the driver is new and took it back on his truck. He then said they would hold the package for 5 days. I was calling to pick it up today and they sent it back to the shipper. Between the lack of professionalism from management and their ineffective customer service, I will refuse ANY shipment from FedEx moving forward.

    Delivery person did not wait more than 10 seconds for signature. Then was promised they would come back within an hour. Of course this was all lies! UPS or DHL is the way to go. FedEx is awful and full of lies

    FedEx made my life incredibly difficult trying to deliver a package. After being told by FedEx to come pick it up, I arrived only to be told that I was not allowed to take my package with me. Extremely frustrating experience and terrible customer service.

    I am a business owner and of all of the delivery services that are out there FedEx is the absolute most frustrating one to deal with. The communication internally is lagging and inconsistent meaning online it can be telling you one thing but in reality they are going to be doing another thing. When calling in, the auto attendant on the phone is absolutely maddening and just about as possible to talk with a representative. Very very frustrating and very disappointing. At the end of the day the least we should expect is to be able to talk with somebody to resolve the matter but the auto attendant tries to reroute calls in useless directions and tries to solve the wrong issues and sends a person down rabbits holes that are not relevant. Once again very frustrated. Unfortunately Amazon utilizes them they should take some notes from UPS or from Amazon for fulfillment and logistics
