  Not very helpful, I called to confirm a package pickup and when I showed up for my package was told my package wasn’t there and pretty much lost because their system wasn’t showing anything. Was then asked to just leave because they couldn’t provide any further help so now im stuck with a lost package that they apparently can’t do anything about.

  This was the absolute worst experience. I told the driver (on video) to hold my package at the facility because I would not be home during the day to sign it. The next day I go to pick it up inly to find out the driver has it on his truck. I ask for a manager…someone named Philip comes out (WITH A BEVERAGE IN HIS HAND) and says the driver is new and took it back on his truck. He then said they would hold the package for 5 days. I was calling to pick it up today and they sent it back to the shipper. Between the lack of professionalism from management and their ineffective customer service, I will refuse ANY shipment from FedEx moving forward.

  Delivery person did not wait more than 10 seconds for signature. Then was promised they would come back within an hour. Of course this was all lies! UPS or DHL is the way to go. FedEx is awful and full of lies

  FedEx made my life incredibly difficult trying to deliver a package. After being told by FedEx to come pick it up, I arrived only to be told that I was not allowed to take my package with me. Extremely frustrating experience and terrible customer service.
