  Paid $30 extra for a package to be delivered on my only day off, sat at home all day waiting so I didn’t miss it. Got an email on my phone that it couldn’t be delivered because I wasn’t home. A knock might have been nice! Called customer service to see if I could have them try and re deliver it the same day or if I could pick it up. Was told neither can happen and it would be delivered the next day. Explained that I paid extra, nobody attempted to make me aware the driver was at my home, and I had to work the next day- So I wouldn’t be able to accept the package. Was basically told too bad! Great thanks guys. So my package will either be returned to sender or left out on a main street in the rain all day if they bring it the next day. Perfect.

  They're the main shipping center for the area but won't help you print a shipping label and will send you elsewhere. Ridiculous.

  Not very helpful, I called to confirm a package pickup and when I showed up for my package was told my package wasn’t there and pretty much lost because their system wasn’t showing anything. Was then asked to just leave because they couldn’t provide any further help so now im stuck with a lost package that they apparently can’t do anything about.
