  I’m vary tired of the lack of respect and the attitude towards me with the Watertown WI Delivery Service. They never give me enough time to even get off the couch or put my dog away. They have been giving special instructions on wear to leave my packages & still the Watertown delivery service can’t follow that. I have had a driver tell me that they refuse to follow my delivery instructions & that they will take it with them. This has been going on since December 2023. I have made multiple complaints about it with Watertown office and they have told me it’s not their job. I have had to make multiple complaints about this issue with Amazon. I cancel all my plans for the day just to be home for the delivery and still they leave with it as I stand in the driveway yelling at them to come back. I am a disabled person I don’t move fast. This is ridiculous.

  Terrible service, inconsistent hours. You can go there when they are supposed to be open and they are not. I had used this location for Amazon returns for the last four years because I didn’t think there were other options. The short guy who works the counter there with lots of forearm tattoos spends time chatting up people while making other customers stand and wait for his social interactions to end. He is RUDE and in particularly a bully to women. He doesn’t understand or doesn’t care where a line starts and how to take customers in order of where they are in line. MEN - save yourself a bad experience and instead GO to Kohl’s dept store next to Menards. It’s a clean bright store and the service and benefits of dropping off Amazon packages are excellent. Give the Kohl’s cash to your wife. She will love that!! PLUS SUPER CONVENIENT! Return desk is located on the left after you walk in the front entrance. LADIES - you get $5 Kohl’s cash or discount coupons for each package you return to spend in store. It’s literally free money for making a return. NO PACKING NEEDED: Kohl’s associates will pack, label, and ship your item for free. Easy Peasy. No hassle or waiting around while a clerk is making social visits. I will never patronize this UPS store again. I’m glad they are independently owned and operated or I would NEVER patronize any UPS store period. Thank goodness it’s just this store with an unprofessional employee. But with the Kohl’s cash and pleasant atmosphere I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else to do Amazon returns. Just a horrible experience at this UPS in Watertown. The bright side is I found out how great Kohl’s Amazon returns are 😁!

  Over the last 6 months or so the place constantly reeks like incense. If you're in there for more than 5 seconds prepare to have your clothes smell all day and maybe a bonus headache! So gross. Not sure why they insist on burning this stuff lately, never used to be like this in the years and years I've been a customer here.
