  👎 Subway Watertown- DO BETTER Your customer service SUCKS!!!! The second I walked in the two employees were annoyed I was even there they close at 9pm I was there at 8:25ish. Oh and STOP skimping my sandwiches The attitude is very unprofessional Get better employees 👎

  meal was amazing l, carlos and savannah up front should get a raise for their spectacular customer service and sandwich artist abilities, i felt truly welcomed here.

  Carlos yelled at us to leave at exactly 9pm. After yelling at and for his coworker Savannah. This guy is very rude and should not be employed in customer service. Unfortunately I will never return to this location due to the rude service.

  I have ordered from here multiple times. They constantly mess up my online order. Mixing up breads. To anyone coming at me if they honor not just online coupons I would do it. This has happened over 10 times I'm tired of running back. This time I checked husband's first his was fine so usually mine is because they mix up the breads. This time mine was wrong his was fine. This is ridiculous I would think reading from a ticket would be easier.

  I’ve given this Subway way too many chances, and every visit somehow gets worse\. The manager has one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever experienced\. Instead of helping customers or keeping things running smoothly, they act like you’re inconveniencing them just by ordering a sandwich\. The restaurant is constantly disorganized, the service is painfully slow, and the employees look stressed and unsupported\. A good manager sets the tone, and unfortunately the tone here is rude, unprofessional, and careless\. There are plenty of other places to grab a sandwich where you’ll actually feel welcome\. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone\.
