  Placed an on line order. The hours said they were open until 6:30pm. It was 4:50. The order system said there was an error in processing my order, but I was charged. So I called the store to verify the order. Noone answered. I tried several times, still no answer. I drove the store for the order, but they were closed. It was 5:15pm. Charged for an order never received. Disputed with the bank and was credited back.

  Stopped in to get a sub. The young man behind the counter completely ignored me for almost 5 min. He was moving slow as molasses doing online orders. I asked him if he was working alone he immediately got an attitude with me and said he had more online orders to do first. Sorry but no, people in the lobby should come first. I maybe would have been more patient if I was even acknowledged walking in the door. I know good help is hard to find these days and I doubt they get paid very much but common sense and a good work ethic just aren’t common anymore. I will never give this place my money again.

  My husband went in and ordered two tuna subs. He had them made the same because he said it seemed a little difficult for the workers to have different ingredients on the second one. We ate them when he brought them home. We both felt ill after. Severe upset stomach all night and in the morning, heartburn, intense diarrhea, bloating and soreness. Don't know how old that tuna was or what shouldn't have been it it. Last time eating here unless you enjoy felling ill well over 12 hours.
