  Placed an on line order. The hours said they were open until 6:30pm. It was 4:50. The order system said there was an error in processing my order, but I was charged. So I called the store to verify the order. Noone answered. I tried several times, still no answer. I drove the store for the order, but they were closed. It was 5:15pm. Charged for an order never received. Disputed with the bank and was credited back.

  Drenched slippery floor by bathroom, rain leaking from ceiling. Dangerous. No sign, no bucket. Nothing. Ordered online for 11:30 pickup. Arrived at 11:40. No food ready. They pulled the order off the computer. They had no idea an order had come in. Nice teenage staff. I don’t blame them. They need better training and store needs major repairs.

  The kid working the counter was amazing based on the 5 min we talked to him. Hope they appreciate him.

  Things have changed since new owner. Fewer bread choices. Less ingredients. Wish they would clean the floors and restrooms more often.
