  I called ahead of time and got a quote from a very helpful person. Then I stopped in and got the same exact quote after talking to someone in person. Went back later that day with the item. Apparently a different person, because he seemed totally lost when I told him about the quotes. First, he was nice enough to help me get the item inside, however, he turned it upside down (antique washstand) kept moving it around on the floor until I finally said something about not wanting to scratch the top. When we turned it back over , it had very deep grooves in it - several of them. I'm pretty sure now it's going to be a problem with the person receiving it. I'm not quite sure how to approach this. Not only has it been damaged on top, he said it wasn't going out that day, and to top it off , he charged me $20 - 30 more than what I was quoted. I was quoted between $50 - 60, and I ended up paying $80. Not too happy. Wish I could've given zero stars.
