Went here with the family and had a hassle to use the apps coupons and they were refused them. It doesn’t make any sense since it’s a corporate app and not the paper ones, as well as and the employee serving us had a hard time using the register which reflects poor training and I can’t blame them since they are the only one working. This ain’t just the first time running into these issues.
I’ve given this place multiple chances but every time it’s poor service from the coupons, ordering online and receiving the order wrong as well as not wanting to correct it, and rushing you to finish your order even when no one is there. I highly recommended to stay away unless you don’t have any other choice.

Excellent customer service every time! No matter the time of day, Beatriz and Michelle are consistently prompt, professional, and genuinely kind. They keep things moving while still making each visit feel welcoming. They even went out of their way to help me void an order after I mistakenly ordered elsewhere. Truly appreciate the care they put into their work! 🙏🙌
