    WOW!!!!!! Have they gotten chincy!! Will never go back to this Subway location! They hardly put any ingredients - what am I paying for?!? I ordered a 6" flatbread grilled chicken, the amount of chicken (5 little pieces) was barely 2 slices of breast, literally 4 small pieces of spinach and hardly any lettuce! NOT worth $7!! 😠 Very disappointed!! Plus now the straws are not in a wrapper - gross! What happened to this store?!????? Miss the previous owners. I hope the new one reads these reviews and makes some good changes quickly before they loose all of their business! 😒

    There’s 3 main workers 2 guys and a girl. The 2 guys make a pretty good sandwich, but the lady skimps on everything the meat the veggies and the sauce. If I see she’s the one working I just walk out.

    Twin Lakes Wisconsin Subway, must be new management because the food quality recently is terrible. Bread is hard and they give less portions on footloose compared to every other subway we've ordered at. Cold cut combo gave 3 slices of the meat on a footlong and 3 slices of American cheese. Won't be going there again.

    We ordered 2 turkey footlongs with double meat and for the second time they didn’t even add extra meat but charged us about $7.00 more for the 2 subs. We called and allegedly talked to the manager and a lady with an accent said she did put it on. If that was the case, I’m surprised they are still in business trying to pass off 2 subs for $30.00 that hardly have any meat on them at all. We will never go there again unless new management gets in there. Very, very unsatisfied customers!!!

    My veggies were all soggy and nasty. Looks like they are weeks old. Bread was hard and stale. And they charged me for an extra sub! If you have the guts to eat here ask for a receipt. All they care about is the money not the quality this place is a joke
