  If you get the guy with long hair- not only will you be greeted nicely when you walk in the door but he'll make you the best sandwich subway has ever produced, every time

  Placed online order at 1pm for 2pm pickup on a Saturday afternoon. Arrived at 1:55. Just one employee waiting on 2 customers. He indicates he has my order and will get to it shortly. Not a big deal. What was a big deal were the 3 new customers who entered, whose orders he took, made, and had them out of the store, while I patiently sat waiting. I finally had order in hand at 2:25. What's the point of online ordering if you're not going to honor the pickup time. It's like he's daring me to leave a mediocre review. Well, here it is.
