  Placed online order at 1pm for 2pm pickup on a Saturday afternoon. Arrived at 1:55. Just one employee waiting on 2 customers. He indicates he has my order and will get to it shortly. Not a big deal. What was a big deal were the 3 new customers who entered, whose orders he took, made, and had them out of the store, while I patiently sat waiting. I finally had order in hand at 2:25. What's the point of online ordering if you're not going to honor the pickup time. It's like he's daring me to leave a mediocre review. Well, here it is.

  This is solely for the guy working tonight at 7pm. Full line he was flying around making subs by himself being polite apologizing for being super busy and remained polite. Been coming to this place for years first time I’ve been impressed enough to leave a review. Man deserves a raise!!!
