  Extremely rude, made an order and said there wasn't anything on her screen when I just made the order at the drive thru kiosk, told her the order number and she said she's not making anything bc there's nothing on the screen

  Went through the drive thru and ordered 3 subs. Asked for Parmesan vinaigrette and they put mayo on my sub. We were heading out of town so we were too far out to go back. I had to let my kids have my sub because I can’t eat mayo. Very disappointing especially when you spend over $35 for only 2 small subs and 1 large sub with no extras. We won’t be returning to this subway. I will drive to Sparta next time I want Subway.

  We went in to order and they were busy with online orders, so we sat down. I went to the bathroom and my boyfriend waited for them to get done with the online orders because they didn’t acknowledge us while making them. However, when I was in the bathroom an older man came in to order and they served him immediately. Not sure why they ignored us and decided to serve him right away while we had to wait. Also we could see a blonde girl with tattoos taking a drink and going on her phone in the drive through area while one guy was making the 8 online pickup sandwiches alone. She also did not wash her hands before finally going to the register and cashing us out.
