  We ordered online and came to pick our order up thru the drive thru was told there was going to be a 20-30 min wait on our Italian herb and cheese bread for our two online orders and have been here well over an hour now waiting when we came in to check on our subs we were told it was going to be even longer wait as we over heard one of the employees tell another customer would be yet again another 30 min wait because they had just put in the bread after we had already been here for close to an hour waiting we were then told after they finally pulled the bread out that it would be another 15 minute wait when we first walked in the place wasn’t that busy and it was dirty all the tables in eye view had stuff on it from the previous customers as well as cheese and chips all over the floors from one door to the other very unsatisfied with our visit here wouldn’t recommend to anyone I know or come here again after the service we were given….

  The sandwiches are decently made but this specific franchise has three dings going against it. First, is bad order time. On average I have found it takes anywhere from 20-40 minutes to get my sandwich even when not very busy. Im not sure what is causing this on the back end but it's very noticeable. If you order here for lunch, expect to be late on your way back to work unless you order well ahead of time. Second, is supply chain issues. It seems this franchise struggles persistently with keeping stock on ingredients. Constant shortages or ingredients not prepared for the service line leading to delays or parts of your order not being completable. Third, if there is an issue with your order (refer to the first two points), the staff do a poor job of keeping you informed and navigating the issue. Theyre not rude or anything just not very attentive to customers in a timely manner. If it wasn't for deals on the Subway app, I likely would not come here at all. But, again, their sandwiches are good. If you're ok with waiting and have a good deal, dont be afraid to stop by.

  Extremely rude, made an order and said there wasn't anything on her screen when I just made the order at the drive thru kiosk, told her the order number and she said she's not making anything bc there's nothing on the screen
