I visited the store at 9:50 p.m., but the employee, Alicia, refused to serve me, stating that they were closed. I mentioned it was still before 10 p.m., but she refused. Other customers who arrived before 10 p.m. were also turned away. Additionally, I was overcharged by $4. Alicia was extremely unprofessional, arguing with me after serving me, and she also refused service to the other waiting customers she used abusive language to all of us. Also she overcharged me for the sandwich. I would strongly urge the management to take strict action against Alicia and address such unprofessional and careless behavior. If she don’t know what customer service she need to resign or manager can terminate her.

The cheese was burnt the insides were outside the food was cold their address says it's in tomah it wasn't prepared as ordered, I had to physically rip the sandwich in half because it wasn't cut, I asked the lady a question and she ignored me twice before I walked out.
