  I didn't stay at this best Western but...I went to the Perkins restaurant attached and the men's best Western restroom was bad. It reeked, toilets were dirty and paper towel was out .. Ouch

  This property is absolutely exceptional for the cost. The restaurant was so good. Drinks were cold and food was hot! And the staff was very kind and helpful. We will absolutely be staying here again.

  I absolutely love staying here with my family the staff is always courteous and helpful. I just love the atmosphere. I don't want to sound contradicting but I wish they would update the pool area. I used to love the sauna and it recently became unavailable I would give the hotel 10 stars if they just updated the pool area and give the outside a little TLC there was a bunch of spiders by all of the doors. We will definitely be booking again regardless

  I was very unhappy with my check in experience here. Kodiak lied to me throughout the process. I asked for a platinum status upgrade and was told, and I quote, “This hotel doesn’t offer room upgrades, but if we did, the room isn’t clean”. I told him that we were having dinner at Perkins and would take the upgrade when we came back. 20 minutes later he told my husband that the room was taken. We have traveled for the past 3 weeks, always using Best Western for the upgrades. This was a huge disappointment. I went to our assigned room and found leftovers in the fridge. I took it down to the desk and before giving it to Kodiak, asked him why the conflicting statements to my husband and I. He hemmed and hawed then said, “We are overbooked so when someone came in, I gave it to them”. When I gave him the leftovers from the fridge, I thought he was going to die from humiliation. I later learned that they DO give room upgrades, that they DID have rooms available and that they were NOT even full, let alone overbooked. Later, I went to the desk to let the clerk know that there were a couple of minor maintenance issues. Tracey was on duty and was marvelous! You need more desk clerks like her! When I couldn’t find the controls for the fabulous hot tub, she even came to start it for us! Tracey completely turned around my first impression of this hotel!

  Terrible experience right away. We came to this hotel for the pool. The Pool is “open year round” according to the site. but we got here 08/15/2026 and it says closed sorry for the inconvenience. So I tried to get a refund and go else where but they will not because the fine print at the very very bottom of the email it says they are closed feb 09 2026 to august 31 2026. Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
