  I received a tuna sub with an insufficient amount of tuna, resulting in a significant portion of the sandwich lacking the primary ingredient. Despite my immediate feedback, the issue was not rectified. This experience is particularly frustrating given the twenty-minute travel time and the eleven-dollar cost for a product that did not meet acceptable standards.

  Ordered a wrap, they put the wrong kind of chicken on it. Asked for spinach, no spinach. Asked for shredded mozzarella, got shredded orange cheese. No wonder I don't eat at this location. Train your employees.
