  I utilize their services 2-5 times a month for the last several years, mostly for Amazon returns and all of the printing for my small business. Everyone I encounter at the store has been very kind, helpful and communicates effectively.

  Thankful for the Sun Prairie UPS Store. My husband and I own several small businesses and Stephanie and the team help us on so many projects! We have ordered everything from custom invitations, flyers, vertical banners, rack style cards and more. Their design work & communication are top notch. Highly recommend.

  Management staff is rude, condescending and has more than once turned business away. Had a package sent there for my business and they never even called me, for which my client placed phone number on package to alert me it was in. Manager said " They only hold packages as favor for UPS drivers, not customers" My business has given this store a fair amount of business, but they could care less. Highly recommend the drive to East Town UPS store 10 min away they have better customer service skills and want the business.
