The bread on my sub is stale and there's literally two pieces of meat on the entire sub. The toppings are lacking as well. This location should be ashamed to give food out like this is to their customers.
Update:
I returned to the restaurant for a refund and was told by the cashier that there's no such thing as a refund. I was told that there's a written policy that states customers cannot get refunds on my specific sandwich (turkey and ham), and that since the order was placed online, I'd need to contact corporate. The cashier stated that since she couldn't give me a refund, she'd remake the sub. The cashier proceeded to make the sub with only two more slices than the last sub (4 pieces).
As a frequent Subway customer of various other locations, I know that receiving only 4 pieces of thin-sliced meat is not Subway policy. I also know that not receiving a refund because of the type of sandwich I purchased and my method of purchasing was also not valid.
I told the cashier that the lack of filling in both subs along with the bad customer service left a bad taste in my mouth and I'd just like to receive a refund. I no longer wanted the food. I was argued with for minutes about how refunds do not exist and that I'd need to contact someone above. When asked to give me the contact information of someone above or to be connected with a manager, I was simply told, no.
I asked the cashier to show me a written policy that says I wasn't eligible to receive a refund on a turkey and ham sub and that I'd need to go online for a refund; I was told no to that as well. Another customer who was also in the restaurant, saw how bad the customer service I received was and refused to shop there, leaving entirely and telling the cashier that they'd, "Take their patronage elsewhere."
To end the interaction, I was continously argued with and denied a refund until the cashier got upset, pulled cash out of the register, and placed it in front of me on the counter. The money did not included the sales tax I'd spent; I asked about that. The cashier proceeded to argue about how sales tax wasn't included in the refund and then reached into the Subway Foundation donation container on the counter and gave me change from there.
I left dissatisfied as a previous customer, feeling disrespected, and never wanting to eat at this Subway location ever again.
