Absolutely horrible service. I ordered at the outdoor kiosk and submitted my order correctly, but when I received my food, almost everything was wrong. I ordered a ham sub and got a turkey sub instead. I also ordered a kids meal, but was charged for an adult meal, along with a meatball sub and a drink.
When I got to the window, the employee handed me my food but never gave me my drink. I had to ask where it was, and he told me, “Oh, it wasn’t on there.” I explained that it absolutely was on the screen when I submitted the order. His response was basically that he didn’t realize he needed to get it. He then handed me a Mountain Dew that was completely flat — no carbonation, barely any flavor, and honestly disgusting.
Wrong order, incorrect charges, poor attention to detail, and terrible customer service. Very disappointing experience.
