  Employee 280467 was combative and extremely rude from hello. Didn't want to answer any of my questions and acted like I was an idiot. This is not the first time I have had a poor interaction or seen her interact poorly with others. I'm not surprised to see other comments complaining about this employee. However, I am surprised she still has a job. Don't respond saying you're sorry about my negative experience if you're not going to do anything about it.

  Package torn open and retaped closed. Obviously tampered with. I doubt a UPS driver would have delivered a box to their retail outlet that was obviously torn open and then retaped closed. Stolen Apple watch. UPS Store employee? UPS store employee said “too bad … you are on your own to deal with it.” The attitude made me even more alert that she was one who stole the watch.

  I would not recommend the notary services. I called and was told no appointment was needed, I just had to stop in before 4 pm. I didn't have everything they needed so I was told someone was there until 530 that day to do the notary. I called at 450 to verify and was told notary services are only available until 330. I stopped in 3 business days later with everything needed at 815. I was the only customer in the store at the time and was told it was too early for them to provide a notary service (this is from the same employee I initially interacted with) and that notary services are only available from 10 am to 4 pm. I went to a UPS store in Madison amd had the service completed in less than 10 minutes. Lesson learned.
