  Today my neighbor received a package. The driver threw milkbones at my dogs inside my fence. Luckily, the treats did not make it into the fence. My dog has severe food allergies. A milkbone would have sent us to the emergency vet. Also, having multiple dogs in the yard this could have caused a fight. I called the 800 number to complain about this. First person said they couldn't help me without a tracking number. The package was delivered to my neighbor. I do not have a tracking number. I escalated and received a call back from the driver's supervisor. It was a quick enough response but I don't feel this was taken seriously. I am writing this review to push for education/training for drivers. I imagine if they're giving treats they don't intend harm. This could have been catastrophic for us. Do not feed or otherwise interact with dogs in secured areas!

  Employee 280467 was combative and extremely rude from hello. Didn't want to answer any of my questions and acted like I was an idiot. This is not the first time I have had a poor interaction or seen her interact poorly with others. I'm not surprised to see other comments complaining about this employee. However, I am surprised she still has a job. Don't respond saying you're sorry about my negative experience if you're not going to do anything about it.
