  Evidently you cant add things to your meal anymore...I was told no customization when asked for pickles on it...also couldnt choose what cheese i preferred...what the board says it all you can get...and was snotty when she had to repeat herself because she stared down and mumbled when she told me...pick your head up and use your words...thought that was the while point of Subway💁...limited options in this town for a quick lunch and this place just lost my business...ill go elsewhere 😠

  Had to call 3 times to get an answer. Asked to place an order for 30 cookies with a 3 hour heads up. This was at 3:30pm. Was told that was too much work because it was their lunch rush (at 3:30pm) and they couldn't handle it. I guess we now know where not to go for a solution in a pinch!

  I asked for a chicken bacon ranch wrap warmed please, which I have gotten many times before. Young man with many hickes on his neck said what kind of cheese, I said shredded. Older woman says anything else, I said yes I will take the 6 macadamia nut cookies that are left. The gentleman said what kind of cheese did you say again, I go back over to where he is and say to him, you asked me that once. To which he says I forgot. I said well were you listening, the shredded cheese. The older lady, gets defensive (thinking relation now) and says what else did you want, to which I say oh neither of you were paying attention to the customer, the macadamia nut cookies. I said you know I’m a nurse and if I forget something for a patient who is in pain, I could get in big trouble! Her response was, well you get paid big bucks. To which I said NOT always. I said you still should listen to people. And she went on with an excuse of we hear customers all the time and forgot what they order. Maybe if they paid more attention to their customers they would have more customers! Unreal!

  The associate Corey made sure that our food was done to perfection. He weeded out all the old product and the ones that we're not good enough insane precision. The overall experience was amazing and I love the way this man works. Definitely a 5 out of five give this man a raise
